45-minute phone consultation to identify needs and signpost next steps (price deducted if progressed to further assessment)

Full Assessment Report

• Assessment to identify need based on consultation with school and parents, individual work with the child/young person and observation in the school setting
• Report summarising outcomes of assessment and recommendations
• Optional feedback meeting to inform action planning
• Option of additional review meetings

Focused assessment

• Individual assessment of child focused on one particular area (e.g. literacy)
• Focused report summarising results and recommendations

Home-school consultation

1.5 hour home-school consultation to identify needs and create an action plan of support (£100 over MS Teams or in person within half hour of East Herts)

Intervention

• 3 x 1-hour visits or video calls to work on a goal around understanding and supporting your child’s SEND or yourself as a parent. Includes summary of strategies and weekly email check in between sessions. Visits can be fortnightly or monthly.
